{"id":5036,"date":"2021-11-23T23:40:14","date_gmt":"2021-11-23T22:40:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.situma.es\/?p=5036"},"modified":"2022-10-06T10:59:32","modified_gmt":"2022-10-06T09:59:32","slug":"situmapas-osescuchamos-osinformamos-osrepresentamos-votasituma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.situma.es\/?p=5036","title":{"rendered":"#situmaPAS #osEscuchamos #osInformamos #osRepresentamos #votaSITUMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Estimadas\/os compa\u00f1eras\/os,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalizamos una nueva campa\u00f1a electoral, en la que hemos podido comprobar c\u00f3mo, una vez m\u00e1s, el resto de las secciones sindicales se han vuelto a lanzar a la caza del voto a trav\u00e9s de promesas electorales que unos meses o semanas atr\u00e1s, durante la negociaci\u00f3n del PORHUMA 2, en SITUMA defend\u00edamos en solitario en la Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3n. Ya veremos, si son coherentes o se vuelven a olvidar de sus promesas una vez pasadas las elecciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro sindicalismo es diferente y lo hemos demostrado d\u00eda a d\u00eda de muchas formas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hacemos p\u00fablicas nuestras propuestas antes de negociarlas, mientras otros se sientan a negociar sin que sep\u00e1is qu\u00e9 proponen, si es que proponen algo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siempre aspiramos a la mejora global de la plantilla, sin abogar por ning\u00fan colectivo en particular, defendiendo de forma objetiva los intereses de todos los trabajadores de la UMA y buscando acuerdos que permitan esa mejora y, evidentemente, nunca para retroceder, como est\u00e1 planteando la Gerencia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">No nos dejamos llevar por propuestas de Gerencia que solo benefician a unos pocos y que tienen como fin aceptar acuerdos que perjudican a la mayor\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Venimos reclamando reiteradamente y en todos los foros de representaci\u00f3n, un Reglamento de Teletrabajo acorde a lo regulado en el EBEP, mientras otros, que nunca lo han defendido ante la Gerencia, ahora lo abanderan como gran aspiraci\u00f3n sindical.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras que SITUMA reclamaba el nivel 20 para todos los administrativos en la Mesa de negociaci\u00f3n, otros que all\u00ed callaban, ahora lo pregonan en sus programas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguimos luchando por recuperar la adscripci\u00f3n a sus centros de todos los puestos de trabajo y que no la pierdan los que actualmente la tienen, como propone la Gerencia para Departamentos y los servicios incluidos en el \u00c1rea de Investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Somos activos e incansables en las negociaciones y as\u00ed vamos a seguir siempre, con vuestro apoyo y respaldo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Somos el sindicato que trabaja en exclusividad para todo lo que os preocupa del d\u00eda a d\u00eda, solucionamos vuestros problemas reales, siempre os escuchamos y ayudamos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de posicionarnos en todos los \u00e1mbitos donde os representamos, os consultamos de forma activa sobre vuestro parecer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para nosotros es prioritaria la conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida laboral y familiar y seguiremos defendiendo continuar con el teletrabajo como herramienta importante para dicha conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trabajamos para mejorar la formaci\u00f3n del PAS, haciendo propuestas y siendo proactivos, para que sea mejor cada a\u00f1o, mientras que el resto de secciones se dejan llevar sin plantear iniciativas de mejora.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Utilizamos todos los \u00e1mbitos en los que os representamos para lograr avances globales, y denunciar y trasladar las diferentes reivindicaciones que nos hac\u00e9is llegar desde los diferentes colectivos de la UMA. SITUMA s\u00ed interviene de forma activa en Consejo de Gobierno, Claustro, mesas de negociaci\u00f3n, comisiones de trabajo, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gestionando la Junta de PAS, en SITUMA nos hemos preocupado por llevar a Pleno los problemas que nos han planteado, tanto compa\u00f1eros como colectivos, para que puedan ser solucionados. Hemos pasado de un periodo previo donde solo se convocaba un pleno cada cuatro a\u00f1os, a convocar casi un centenar, entre plenos y comisiones, en los \u00faltimos ocho a\u00f1os. Pero todav\u00eda nos quedan muchas mejoras que conseguir, muchas negociaciones y frentes abiertos: PORHUMA 2, Reglamentos de Teletrabajo y de Formaci\u00f3n, recuperaci\u00f3n de la libre elecci\u00f3n del per\u00edodo de vacaciones, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya nos conoc\u00e9is y por eso os pedimos que el pr\u00f3ximo jueves aval\u00e9is nuestro trabajo con el voto a SITUMA, porque cuanto mayor porcentaje de representaci\u00f3n obtengamos, m\u00e1s fuerza y capacidad de decisi\u00f3n tendremos en las negociaciones.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">TU VOTO
