{"id":7588,"date":"2025-05-15T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.situma.es\/?p=7588"},"modified":"2025-05-15T08:31:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T06:31:11","slug":"apoyo-al-pdi-de-nuestra-universidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.situma.es\/?p=7588","title":{"rendered":"Apoyo al PDI de nuestra Universidad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Desde SITUMA queremos manifestar nuestro apoyo a las reivindicaciones del Personal Docente e Investigador (PDI) de nuestra universidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante las \u00faltimas semanas, hemos mantenido reuniones con representantes tanto de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda como de la Universidad de M\u00e1laga (UMA), de las cuales han surgido avances positivos. Aunque a\u00fan insuficientes, estas gestiones han dado lugar a la adopci\u00f3n de algunas medidas concretas que confiamos puedan ampliarse en un futuro pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SITUMA mantiene como principio fundamental \u2014y se\u00f1a de identidad de nuestro sindicato\u2014 la apuesta por la <strong>negociaci\u00f3n permanente<\/strong> como v\u00eda prioritaria de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos. Entendemos que la movilizaci\u00f3n en la calle, leg\u00edtima y defendida por otras organizaciones sindicales, debe considerarse como una <strong>\u00faltima herramienta de presi\u00f3n<\/strong>, a emplear \u00fanicamente cuando se hayan agotado los cauces de di\u00e1logo institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reiteramos nuestro compromiso con una defensa firme, responsable y constructiva de los derechos del PDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>SITUMA \u2013 Al servicio del PDI y PTGAS de la UMA<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde SITUMA queremos manifestar nuestro apoyo a las reivindicaciones del Personal Docente e Investigador (PDI) de nuestra universidad.
